Facebook and Instagram have made the "mirror image" the default for selfie mode. So when you do a live video, for example, it mirrors the image. Usually, that's not a big deal. But if you have words in your video that you want people to read like on your products or shirt...then that's a problem.
Thankfully, there's an easy way to change the settings.

How to flip Instagram Live
To flip your video horizontally in Instagram, you can select a filter. Go ahead and browse the "Effect Gallery." Then search for "flip camera." There are a number of different filters you can select from that will remove the mirrored default option. Go ahead and choose one, and you're good to go!
